Call centre to provide information on new Hyderabad airport

Hyderabad : A call centre started functioning Saturday to provide information on the features and facilities of the new international airport at Hyderabad that is scheduled to commence commercial operations March 16.
GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL), the developer of the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad, about 30 km from here, has awarded the contract for setting up and running the call centre services to Vajja Technologies Pvt Ltd (VTPL).
The call centre will work in two shifts till March 10 and thereafter it will be a 24-hour service, said a statement by GHIAL.
Customers can use this service to get information over phone.
Rajgopal Swami, chief financial officer (CFO) of GHIAL, said people can call the toll-free number 1800 102 2008 between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
