Jet begins Tirupati-Hyderabad daily flights

Tirupati: Jet Airways commenced its operations in the temple town on Sunday with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman B Karunakar Reddy formally inaugurating its office at Tirupati airport.
Simultaneously, the airline started its operations at Rajahmundry in East Godavari district. The two new flights are part of expansion of Jet Airways domestic network.
Hyderabad-Tirupati flight 9W3555 takes off from Hyderabad at 1.45 pm and arrives at Tirupati at 3 pm. The return flight 9W3556 leaves Tirupati at 3.30 pm and reaches Hyderabad at 4.50 pm.
Hyderabad-Rajahmundry flight 9W3553 takes off from Hyderabad at 10.25 am and reaches Rajahmundry at 11.45 am. The return flight 9W3554 departs from Rajahmundry at 12.15 pm and arrives in Hyderabad at 1.30 pm.
According to Jet Airways officials, French made turboprop ATR 72-500 aircraft are being used for the new flight services. The two flights will provide connectivity to the incoming flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai at Hyderabad.
