Jet Airways Leads Decline Among Indian Airlines on Fuel Price

Jet Airways (India) Ltd., the nation's biggest domestic carrier, led a decline among airlines in Mumbai stock trading after local oil refiners boosted jet fuel prices.
Jet Airways fell as much as 8.6 percent to 392.3 rupees at 10:24 a.m. in Mumbai. Deccan Aviation Ltd., the nation's biggest discount airline, declined as much as 4.5 percent to 57.2 rupees and SpiceJet Ltd. plunged 5.2 percent to 23.6 rupees.
Indian Oil Corp., the nation's largest refiner, yesterday raised jet fuel price by 4.4 percent for July.
