NRG files plaint against airlines

Ahmedabad: An NRG has filed a complaint with Emirates Airlines alleging his three-year-old daughter was hurt after an air-hostess dropped a bassinet on her head. He further said the staff behaved rudely with him.
Complainant Jayesh Patel said that on September 29, he along with his wife and two children were coming from Dubai to Ahmedabad.
After the flight landed in Ahmedabad, a bassinet fell on the head of Patel's three-yearold daughter, Anokhi, while it was being put on the shelf. Jayesh said that he gave a written complaint to Emirates officials but was yet to get a reply from them.
An Emirates spokesperson in an email confirmed receiving the complaint and said investigation into the matter was on.
