Jet Airways is reportedly in talks to sell 10% stake to Temasek Holdings Pte to raise around Rs2.5bn. The airline is engaged in talks with Abu Dhabi state-owned Mubadala Development Co to raise funding of up to Rs10bn, according to a leading financial daily. The tenure and interest rate of the loan were not known.
Jet Airways expects the sale to value the company at a 53% premium to its current price. Temasek has reportedly denied such buyout plans.
