Domestic Passengers carried by Indian Scheduled Airlines in November 2008

Total passengers carried by domestic airlines in the month of November, 2008 was 30.01 lakhs. The total domestic passengers carried by the Scheduled Airlines of India in the month of October was 31.33 lakhs.
The break-up of passengers carried by the Airlines in November, 2008 is as follows:
Air India (Domestic) – 5.39 lakhs, Jet Airways –5.70 lakhs, Jet Lite – 2.32 lakhs, Deccan – 3.98, Kingfisher – 3.48 lakhs, Spice Jet – 3.25 lakhs, Paramount – 0.71 lakhs, Go Air – 0.70 lakhs, IndiGo – 4.41 lakhs, MDLR, 0.07 lakhs.
The percentage share of the carriers in the month of November, 2008 was:
Air India (Domestic) – 18.0%, Jet Airways – 19.0%, Jet Lite – 7.7%, Air Deccan – 13.3%, Kingfisher – 11.6%, Spice Jet – 10.8%, Paramount – 2.4%, Go Air – 2.3% and IndiGo – 14.7%, MDLR- 0.23%.
The seat factors of the domestic airlines in November, 2008 were:
Air India (Domestic) – 57.5%, Jet Airways –63.0 %, JetLite – 63.9%, Air Deccan – 65.0%, Kingfisher Airlines – 58.4%, Spice Jet – 64.6%, Paramount Airways – 80.6%, Go Air – 63.0% and IndiGo – 73.0% and MDLR 76.2%.
