HAL inducts 200 youngsters

Bangalore: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) today inducted 200 young Design and Management Trainees (MTs&DTs).
The youngsters are from different engineering streams, including aerospace, mechanical, electrical, electonics, production and computer science.
This was the 37th batch of MTs and DTs joining HAL after many levels of selection process that screened close to 50,000 aspirants, HAL said in a release here.
The induction ceremony was held at HAL&aposs Ghatage Convention Centre and was attended by senior officers.
The yougsters will now undergo a 52-week-long programme, including a stint at HTs, before being posted as officers in various divisions of HAL.
