SpiceJet offers free ticket for 2nd flyer on multiple bookings

New Delhi: Low-cost airline Spicejet today launched a promotional scheme, under which every second passenger can fly free on a booking made on the company's website for two or more passengers.
The offer, a part of the SpiceJet Happy Hours, will run on January 19-20 and for every single transaction of two or more passenger made on the company's website, every second passenger gets to fly free, SpiceJet said in a statement.
"We are delighted to launch the SpiceJet Happy Hours promotion. Available only on our website, this will bring exciting options for all who book online," SpiceJet Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Aggarwal said.
The passenger on the free ticket will have to pay the Passenger Service ranging between Rs 200 and Rs 233 and for flights to Hyderabad, there will be an additional charge of Rs 350, it said.
