IndiGo, GoAir to introduce new flights

IndiGo is expanding its route network by introducing 11 new flights. These flights will operate between New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Vadodara. With these new routes, the low-cost carrier will now be operating 125 daily flights to 17 destinations.
The airline has a fleet of 19 Airbus A320 aircraft. Aditya Ghosh, president of IndiGo said, “These services will cater to the domestic demand on these routes and will provide additional ways for our customers to travel across our route network.”
Further, IndiGo has also introduced new timings for existing flights operating from New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Ahemdabad.
Similarly, another low-cost carrier GoAir has added three new routes to its network with the induction of two new Airbus A320 aircraft. The new routes are Amritsar, Bangalore and Chandigarh, which will now be connected to Mumbai. With these three routes, the airline will now serve 11 destinations.
