Work affected at Kolkata airport

Kolkata: Work in all departments was affected today at the NSC Bose International Airport here after cable wires were accidentally damaged.
Telephone and internet services were affected at the airport since early morning, forcing all airlines to conduct their ticket booking, boarding and checking manually, airport authorities said.
Private airlines said that they faced problems in handling the situation as several flights had to be delayed.
An Air India spokesperson said that since their employees had experience in handling working manually, so they didn't face much problem.
