AI’s two new daily services to Chennai, Bangalore

Thiruvananthapuram: Air-India is introducing two daily services to Chennai and Bangalore from Thiruvananthapuram, starting June 1.
According to a statement from the airline here on Friday, there would be two daily flights connecting both the sectors, one in the morning and the other in the evening. It was following continuous requests from the travelling public and travel agents that the airline decided to re-introduce the Chennai - Bangalore services, which were earlier withdrawn.
The morning service (flight no. IC 909) would leave Thiruvananthapuram at 6 a.m. and reach Chennai at 7.10 a.m. It would leave Chennai at 7.50 a.m. and reach Bangalore at 8.40 a.m. The flight would then leave Bangalore at 9.20 a.m. and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 10.20 a.m.
The evening service would start from Thiruvananthapuram at 4.20 p.m. and reach Bangalore at 5.20 p.m. The flight would leave Bangalore at 6 p.m. and reach Chennai at 6.50 p.m. It would leave Chennai at 7.35 p.m. and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 8.45 p.m.
