GoAir inducts new aircraft; expands operations

New Delhi: Low-cost carrier, GoAir today announced launch of two direct flights from Bangalore to Delhi and Mumbai, as it inducts the eighth new aircraft into its fleet.
With the addition of two new connections from Bangalore to Delhi and return, and Bangalore- Mumbai and return, the total number of weekly flights operated by the airline would be 377, an airline spokesperson said.
The airline has recently inducted its eighth new Airbus-A320 aircraft, after induction of two new planes in March and April, which has made GoAir to have the youngest fleet with average age of around seven months.
The new connections would now have four flights at different time slots from Bangalore- Delhi and back; two from Bangalore to Mumbai and 3 flights from Mumbai to Bangalore respectively.
