Woman who sparked off a scare on Oman Air flight held

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) yesterday said it has arrested the person who sparked off a scare on an Oman Air flight to Chennai in India, last week.
The accused, a woman, had left a message in English in the water closet: "You will all die".
The attorney-general said the accused has confessed in detail to the charges.
While noting that this is a first-of-its-kind incident in the Sultanate, the attorney- general has ruled out the possibility of a terror link to the incident.The case has been referred to the public prosecution.
The attorney-general said sleuths of the Directorate General for Airports Security, following investigations, were able to trace the accused and arrest her.
