Police have arrested an Indian national in possession of 19 kilograms of illicit drug white heroin from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Thursday. A police squad deployed from Narcotics Drug Control Law Enforcement Unit (NDCLEU), Baneshwar arrested Ravikumar Kethandapatti Rangasamy, resident of Tamilnadu state, India when he was trying to leave for Jakarta, Indonesia, via Bangkok by a flight no.
