Mangalore new terminal will be ready in Nov

Mangalore: If all goes well, no less than the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will inaugurate the new integrated terminal at the Bajpe international airport here. The new integrated airport terminal is almost ready and few last touches were being given.
The new international terminal will also bring the international airport tag to the Bajpe airport which will change the way the international comity of nations will look at Mangalore. It is established that the international airports all over the world have brought laurels to the countries in which they are located. More international traffic of passenger means more investment which will spur the economic activities as well as tourism and many other related activities that will improve the money flow into the region.
With the arrival of the international tag to the airport the outlook of the civic facilities will also improve in Mangalore city. The world corporate entities will start recognizing the city and the civic authorities in Mangalore will have to take measures to raise the city?s outlook. The airport has already been recognized as international customs airport.
