CLC convenes Air India-pilots union meeting on Nov 09

Mumbai: In the face of proposed strike by Air India pilots, Chief Labour commissioner has called a conciliatory meeting between Nacil management and pilots' union representatives in New Delhi tomorrow.
Indian commercial pilots' association (ICPA), which claims representation of 800 pilots, threatened to go on strike on November 24 to press for their demands including payment of three months' salary allowances.
"The CLC has called a conciliatory meeting on the issue of strike call given by the non-executive pilots on November 24," Nacil sources told PTI here today.
