Airhostess commits suicide

Kolkata: Priyanka Tiwari, an airhostess of Kingfisher Airlines, on Saturday committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling of her bedroom. The incident took place in Kaikhali, North 24-Parganas. According to police, Tiwari (28) used to work as a cabin crew in the airlines. She used to stay along with two other women in a rented apartment. Her friends also worked in the airline industry. According to police, one of her friends was on flight duty on Friday night whereas the other was on leave. Tiwari returned home in the evening after her duty.
