Kolkata: An Agartala-bound Air India flight returned to the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport here twice in quick succession shortly after take-off on Friday after the pilot suspected technical problems.
It took off with 82 passengers on board at 10.20 a.m., but returned 35 minutes later, an Air India official said. After an inspection, the aircraft took off again at 1.20 p.m., but returned 20 minutes later from the runway.
