MAS Helps Woo Indian Students To Malaysia

Chennai: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has moved a step forward to turn Malaysia into an educational hub in the region by offering competitive airfare to South Indian students.
To cater for the burgeoning student traffic from Tamil Nadu, for those seeking accredited international courses in Malaysia, MAS signed a memorandum of understanding with the Malaysian Study Centre (MSC) -- a division of AEC Business School India.
"Surely with this joint initiative the respective students can enjoy seamless connectivity to Malaysia at a value for money airfares, along with additional incentives ensuring a convenient journey.
Under the collaboration, MSC students would be entitled to about 50 percent discounted airfare on MAS flights plus additional concessions including excess baggage allowance for first-time students of 30 kg.
