Bangalore International Airport Limited receives ISO 27001

Bangalore: Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) on Friday became one of the first airport operators to receive the ISO 27001 certification.
This certification is recognized internationally as an Information Security Management System Standard.
BIAL attained the certification post a series of audits conducted by BSI India at BIAL offices and across all airport IT systems, which include Common Use Terminal Equipment, Common Use Self-Service, baggage tracking and flight information systems, a BIAL press release said.
