Delhi-Ludhiana flights from May 13

New Delhi: Air India will launch its daily commercial flights to the industrial town of Ludhiana in Punjab from May 13.
The national carrier would be operating the flights with a 46-seater ATR aircraft with an introductory fare of Rs 2,430, an airline spokesperson said.
Ludhiana, which is famous for its woollen, cotton and spares industries, have some of the big companies like Hero Cycles and Oswal. Air India is aiming at tapping the business travellers.
