Sources indicate that Kingfisher Airlines may undertake realignment and restructuring of its debt.
CNBC-TV18 learns that Kingfisher Airlines has taken moves to realign and restructure its debt. SBI Caps has been given the mandate for the restructuring package. The realignment is to ensure cash flow projections.
Kingfisher's total debt is spread across 15 banks. It is looking at realigning its debt of Rs 1,500 crore. Of this, State Bank of India (SBI) has an Rs 1,100 crore exposure.
