The Delhi High Court Monday directed Air India's holding company, National Aviation Company of India Ltd (NACIL), to de-seal the employees' union offices that were sealed during a strike last month.
The vacation bench of Justice M.C. Garg directed NACIL to de-seal all the union offices across the country and posted the matter for further directions July 7.
The court was hearing the plea of Air Corporation Employees Association that has demanded that its offices be de-sealed.
According to the association, its offices were sealed during the strike May 26, which was later called off by them following the court's order.
