InterGlobe Enterprises has been yet again voted as one of “India’s Best Companies to Work for” for the year 2010 in a study done by Great Places to Work Institute in partnership with The Economic Times. This is a hat trick for InterGlobe. It has also been ranked as No. 1 in the Transportation Industry.
This study looked at a workplace from 2 lenses - Trust Index and Culture Audit .
In fact, IndiGo which constitutes close to half of InterGlobe’s workforce, constantly works towards developing employee growth opportunities that make the profession of flying a fruitful and satisfying one for all those who are associated with the airline. IndiGo follows open door policies and a transparent system that allows them to voice their concerns directly and without fear of retribution. The low-cost carrier also has several employee oriented programmes – including flexible working hours, the employee assistance programme for flight attendants, employee townhalls, a well-established performance management system, leadership training and other ongoing training modules – that are designed to enable employees to grow not only as airline professionals, but as individuals.
