Air India offers monsoon packages

Nedumbassery: Air India has offered special monsoon packages for travel on domestic sector. The passengers paying normal for economy-class fare for travel, will be allowed to travel in executive class till September 30, Air India deputy manager (communication) Aby George said.
However, this offer is subject to availability of seats in executive class. The offer cannot be availed of in case of change of equipment (type of aircraft). In both cases refund is not allowed.
Passengers paying full economy- class fare will have the option to either get an upgrade to executive class under the monsoon special offer or avail themselves of free travel of a companion in economy class.
Passengers paying full executive class fare will continue to be allowed a free companion ticket in executive class.
