AAI invites bids for ad rights at Porbandar

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has invited bids from reputed firms under the 'two packet system' offering advertisement rights on 75 free baggage trolleys (FBTs) along with their retrieval, operation and maintenance at civil aerodrome, Porbandar. The contract shall be awarded for three years and shall attract a minimum reserved license fee of Rs. 19 per trolley for the first year. The EMD required is Rs. 10,000.
As per the eligibility criteria specified, interested parties should have a minimum experience of two years in advertisement display business or trolley management services at transportation centre like airports, seaports, railways, bus terminals etc.
Hoteliers, airlines including foreign airlines, business and industrial houses, courier agencies, shopping malls with establishment not less than two years, are also be eligible for the contract.
All participating firms should be having a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5 lakh from the business for which experience has been claimed.
