Glitches ruin the show for passengers

New Delhi: Air India, Jet and Kingfisher passengers who arrived at T3 on Sunday were quite excited about the new terminal but several initial glitches acted as a spoiler.
Shahana Dutta who came to Delhi from Kolkata on an Air India flight said while her flight was on time, there was absolute chaos inside the terminal since people were getting lost and it took her more than half-an-hour to leave the airport, even though she had no check-in baggage.
Another passenger who flew AI from Mumbai said it took him inordinately long to claim his baggage.
Airlines and Delhi International Airport (P) Ltd, maintained that there was no problem with the baggage system.
