IndiGo begins services to Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata

Chennai: There will now be more options for flyers travelling to Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Kolkata. IndiGo Airlines began daily non-stop services from Chennai to these cities on Sunday.
IndiGo Airlines will also add new frequencies to its services from Chennai to Coimbatore and to flights from Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Delhi by the end of this month. The airline also offers all-inclusive one-way fare ranging from Rs 3,000 to Rs 3,500 if tickets are booked 14 days prior to departure.
The new services are part of the airline's plan to start as many as 18 services from Chennai to different cities and expand its presence in the southern region.
Aditya Ghosh, president of IndiGo Airlines, in a statement said: "It is our constant endeavour to meet the requirements of both business and leisure travellers. These new services will provide greater flexibility of choice for our customers, and will strengthen our existing route network in South India."
