New Delhi: The chaos at Delhi airport is getting worse with Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines also shifting their operations to Terminal 3 after Air India did so ion November 11.
Angry Jet Airways passengers took on the airline's staff after a flight to Chennai was delayed for over three hours. One of the passengers on the flight 9W 739, SM Sundaram, shot a video of the chaos and told CNN-IBN that the passengers were made to board the aircraft at 8pm and wait till midnight because the pilot had failed to show up for duty.
"No Jet authority was willing to talk to us. We have complained to everyone. They are too busy shifting operations to T3. There's not one person taking care of the case and there's absolute chaos," said Sundaram.
The passengers were then made to disembark and told they would be flown out on Sunday morning. Angry passengers blamed the Jet Airways authorities for the chaos and delay.
"The pilot has not even reported for the flight. How can you call it an operational problem? If the pilot is still flying another plane then how can you make us board the aircraft and wait," an angry passenger shouted at Jet officials present at the airport.
