Mumbai: Air India has said its London- bound flights from Delhi and Mumbai , which were to be operated today, will remain on hold till the weather conditions improve and the Heathrow Airport authorities give a green signal.
Flights AI-111/AI-112 on the Delhi-London-Delhi sector and AI-130/AI-131 on the Mumbai-London-Mumbai sector on December 20 are held back at the originating stations in view of the prevailing bad weather conditions in Britain, the national carrier said in a release here today.
Passengers bound for London from the two metropolises have been requested to be in touch with the airline offices before reporting at the airports, it said.
