Chandigarh: Two tyres of a Jet Airways plane burst with a loud noise after the passengers had disembarked at the airport here on Tuesday evening, triggering panic, officials said.
"The plane had made a safe landing and all passengers had come out. After that, two of its tyres deflated while it was on way to the parking bay. It happened due to over-heating... technicians are looking after the plane," airport director HS Toor said. The Jet Airways flight had arrived here from Delhi.
