Two flights cancelled, 1 delayed due to fog

Lucknow: Two Lucknow-bound flights from New Delhi were cancelled and one delayed because of the heavy fog conditions on Tuesday.
According to reports, a GoAir flight (G8-352) and a Jet Airways flight (9w2638) could not fly from New Delhi to Lucknow because of a heavy fog. Airport sources in Lucknow said that some 60 passengers in each of the two flights were left stranded after they were informed of the flights being cancelled.
While G8-352 was scheduled to come at around 6 am, Jet Airways 9w2638 has its scheduled arrival at 6.45 am. The two never came. The passengers were later informed of the flights' cancellation. Airlines officials maintained that they made adequate arrangements for the passengers while sending them to the destination by the next scheduled flight.
Likewise, an Air India flight from New Delhi was delayed by over two hours. According to airport officials, IC-411 from New Delhi was to arrive at 9 am.
