Mahindra & Mahindra vice-chairman Anand Mahindra offered to resign from the board of Nacil that runs state-owned carrier Air India, citing conflict of interest, according to a report.
The report stated that .Anand Mahindra in a letter to civil aviation minister Vayalar Ravi, sought permission to step down from the board of National Aviation Company of India Ltd (NACIL).
Civil aviation ministerI has reportedly said AmbujaRealty Group Chairman Harsh Neotia FICCI Secretary General Amit Mitra and two independent directors may also resign, adds report.
