Former IA pilots threaten strike from March 9

Members of the Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA), representing the erstwhile Indian Airlines, have threatened to strike work from March 9.
This is after the Air India management failed to address their grievances which include wage parity and better working conditions.
"Mandatory notice has been served to the management. We will strike work from March 9," ICPA's General Secretary, Capt Rishabh Kapoor, said here today.
The main demands of the pilots are wage parity with Air India pilots and an improvement in their working conditions, he said.
The ICPA had a meeting with the Air India management yesterday but it did not yield any result, he said.
