Vadodara MP demands AI retain its Vadodara premises

Vadodara: BJP MP from the city, Balkrishna Shukla, has sought intervention of Union Civil Aviation Minister Vyalar Ravi for retaining Air India?s four-decade old office premises in Fatehgunj here.
AI has decided to vacate the premises and return them to the landlord by March 31. Shukla told PTI that he had taken up the matter with the earlier aviation minister, Praful Patel, too.
Patel had promised to retain the premises, which are with AI since 1969, when Indian Airlines started its operations on Mumbai-Vadodara-Mumbai route, he said.
