Mumbai: Budget carrier IndiGo plans to allocate 15-16 percent of its total capacity for international routes by March next year, President Aditya Ghosh said on Wednesday.
The carrier has a fleet of 43 aircraft, which is expected to rise to 55 by March, Ghosh told Reuters Insider.
The airline is set to launch international flights to Dubai, Muscat, Bangkok and Singapore from September this year. It plans to add Jeddah, Kathmandu and "possibly Dhaka" to its network this winter, he said.
