Scary landing forflyers at airport

Patna: About 100 flyers on board a JetLite Delhi-Patna-Delhi flight had a scary time when it suddenly aborted landing here on Monday evening.
JetLite's flight number S2-289 was moving towards the tarmac when its pilot realized that the landing position was not proper, sources said. The flight was scheduled to land here at 7pm.
The aircraft had descended to as low as 500 meters at the city airport. But, all of a sudden, the pilot decided to abort the landing and moved up at full throttle into the sky, sources said.
"Suddenly, the door of toilet flung open and the plane gave abrupt jolts. We all closed our eyes in fear and dread," a flyer told TOI outside Patna airport.
