Air India flyers can now check-in at Dhaula Kuan metro station

New Delhi: Passengers flying by Air India can now check-in at Dhaula Kuan metro station of the Airport Metro Express.
Delhi Airport Metro Express has started the passenger check-in service at Dhaula Kuan station. Passengers will have to check-in minimum 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of their flight, an Airport Metro Express official said, adding there is no luggage check-in facility at the Dhaula Kuan station.
Air India has set up check-in counters at the metro station. Passengers from Cantonment area and those in transit from Haryana, Rajasthan would be benefited from this service.
"The check-in service at Dhaula Kuan station will help the passengers who come from Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan get rid of the long queues at the airport. Passengers can collect their boarding passes at the metro station itself and go for security check at the airport totally hassle free," said Anil P Gupta, President of Reliance Infrastructure.
Fliers can check-in and collect their boarding passes maximum six hours prior to their flight time.
After check-in facility at New Delhi and Shivaji Stadium metro stations, this would be third station providing such facility of the Airport Metro Express line network.
