Air India launches Delhi-Vijayawada flight
Hyderabad: Air India today announced the launch of its new daily link from Delhi to Vijayawada via Hyderabad from October 30. An Airbus A-319 with 122 seats capacity will be connected to Vijayawada, Air India said in a statement. Passengers from Vijayawada will now have easy connectivity from Vijayawada to Delhi and then to its non-stop flights to Chicago, New York and Toronto. They can also connect to Newark, London, Dubai, Muscat and Kuwait. "Our daily flight AI 544 will take off from Delhi on all days except Tuesdays in the afternoon at 1255 hours arriving in Hyderabad at 1505 hours. It will leave from Hyderabad at 1550 hours to reach Gannavaram (Vijayawada) airport at 1630 hours. On the return leg the flight AI 840 will leave Gannavaram at 1705 hours to arrive in Hyderabad at 1750 hours and again leave Hyderabad at 1910 hours to arrive in Delhi at 2120 hours," Air India said in a press note. On Tuesdays, the flight will leave Delhi at 1335 hours to arrive in Hyderabad at 1535 hours. It will take off from Hyderabad at 1605 to arrive in Gannavaram at 1650 hours and leave Gannavaram at 1735 hours to arrive in Hyderabad at 1825 hours, it added.
