Jaipur: Shocking as it sounds, but it's actually true. The Terminal 2 of the Jaipur Airport has been functioning for two years now without even a single CCTV camera.
Despite, being one of the most security sensitive airports in the country, there is no CCTV surveillance at the airport, particularly when even residential colonies and commercial establishments in the city have started installing CCTV cameras.
Jaipur Airport Director RK Singh said the airport administration is in the process of installing CCTV cameras. "As many as 63 CCTV cameras, including both rotating and fixed would be installed at the Terminal II building within the next two months," Singh said.
