Passengers vent ire as Patna-bound AI flight gets delayed

Yet another dramatic scene was seen at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport on Thursday afternoon. Harassed passengers of Air India flight number 415 vented their fury because of the callous attitude shown by the airline staff. The flight destined for Patna was scheduled to take off at 1.25 pm. However, due to bad weather conditions at the Patna airport, it finally took off after a delay of over three hours. Being an Airbus plane, the flight had around 200 passengers who were led to a never ending wait.
A passenger from the flight said, “It seems that the airlines have got immune to the pain and agony suffered by the passengers. The Air India staff could not provide any information as to when the flight will take off. No arrangements were made for water or refreshments by the airline, while the passengers were kept on an unending wait.”
