New Delhi: A committee of secretaries, set up to look into the problems being faced by Air India, is expected to submit its report soon suggesting solutions.
"We have constituted a Committee of Secretaries. They, I think, met yesterday or day before. I have to see their report. Then the [Group of] ministers will meet," Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh said.
He was responding to a question whether government was planning any bailout package for the beleaguered national carrier. Singh said, as he was new to the ministry, he was still trying to understand the issues concerning aviation sector and its problems.
