Airlines are ready to shift to new terminal at Indore airport

Indore: Even as the possibility of inaugurating the new terminal at the Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar airport here brightens, the domestic airlines companies are all set to shift their offices to the new venue.
"The companies have sought a fortnight time to shift their offices to the new terminal. The AAI has asked the airlines companies the time required for shifting to the new terminal and they sought two weeks time," said Indore airport director, R N Shinde. He is in talks with the officials of the domestic airlines companies in this regard.
The new terminal at the Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar has been constructed at a cost of Rs 135 crore and is expected to be functional by the end of this month.
V V Gadgil, station manager, Air India, said, "Five days ago, we were asked as to when are we planning to shift to the new terminal."
