Bangalore airport to be closed for 7 hours from March 11 to April 13

Bangalore: With the proposed seven-hour closure of runway for maintenance work at the Bengaluru International Airport (BIA) scheduled to commence from March 11, airlines are gearing to meet changes in their operations, while guests are being informed about the scheduled change in advance.
Bangaluru International Airport Ltd. (BIAL) announced closure of flight operations between 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. from March 11 to April 13 after consulting all stake-holders, including domestic and international airlines, the Airport Authority of India, the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation and the Air Traffic Control.
