Out of over 2,800 complaints registered at various airports in the country - about poor service, bad food, lost luggage and other problems - Mumbai registered the lowest number of complaints among privately run airports.
Only 32 complaints were registered against Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport, while Delhi and Hyderabad topped the list, registering 587 and 236 complaints respectively.
Bangalore and Nagpur airports followed with 186 and 170 complaints respectively. Cochin registered 34 complaints, the second lowest number.
Of the airports run by Airport Authority of India, the highest number of complaints were received at Ranchi, Madurai, Ahmedabad, Calicut and Jaipur airports.
