HC to hear Air India pilots' plea in molestation case tomorrow

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today decided to hear tomorrow the final arguments on two Air India pilots' pleas for quashing of a criminal case against them, lodged for allegedly assaulting and molesting an air-hostess during a mid-air scuffle in an international flight two years ago. Justice M L Mehta, before whom the matter came up for hearing, said he would hear the final arguments tomorrow. Pilot Ranbeer Arora and Co-Pilot Aditya Chopra, accused of assaulting and molesting the air-hostess and facing prosecution under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, had moved the high court saying they were exonerated by the Air India as well as the National Commission for Women (NCW).
