Second day in a row, flat tyre delays AI flight

Indore: Second day in a row, passengers of Air India were stranded at Indore airport for hours due to flat tyre on Saturday. The tyre was detected deflated at the time of technical inspection following which the flight was delayed by two hours.Airport director R N Shinde said Air India's Mumbai-Indore-Bhopal-Delhi (IC 606) landed safely at Indore airport at 7.20 am and during the technical inspection, one of the tyres was found deflated. On Friday, the same flight of Air India was grounded due to deflated tyre and passengers were sent to Bhopal and Delhi in another flight after they were stranded at airport for five hours.
