Vijayawada: A Hyderabad-bound Spice Jet aircraft with 16 passengers on board was forced to abort its take off due to a technical snag at the Gannavaram airport on Sunday morning. However, the snag was rectified in the evening and the passengers were flown to Hyderabad.
According to airport authorities, the aircraft developed the technical snag during its return journey to Hyderabad.
The pilot noticed the snag in one of the aircraft engines while he was preparing to take off. The engineering team swung into action and thoroughly checked the aircraft to identify the snag.
