New Delhi: At Air India, decisions seem to be flowing thick and fast. After sacking 10 agitating pilots yesterday, the management has sacked 26 more striking pilots on Thursday.
Meanwhile, 18 more flights got cancelled causing further trouble to passengers who were left stranded on airports often with part or no information about the status of their flights.
The stalemate between agitating Air India pilots and the airlines' management continued with pilots refusing to call off their strike even on Day 3 despite the tough stand assumed by both the government and Delhi Court in the matter.
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday had declared the strike by Air India pilots was illegal and had ruled that there will be no strikes or sick leaves till further notice.
