New Delhi: The government on Thursday said that all domestic airlines are incurring losses, except IndiGo.
In a written reply, Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh informed the Rajya Sabha on Thursday about the facts based on returns filed by airlines with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
The total operational losses for all the airlines for the period 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11 are Rs 19,000 crore approximately. and Rs 10,000 crore loss is anticipated in 2011-12.
